The Accounting Folder is shown below. Salesorder.com incorporates a complete Double Entry Bookkeeping system to keep track of all your purchasing, sales and accounting activities. As well as being able to produce detailed financial reports such as Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet, the accounting system also allows you to automatically and accurately generate tax returns, such as the UK HMRC VAT100 form.
The Accounting system allows you to either use an existing Chart of Accounts or specify your own. Accounts can be easily added or removed as required.
In addition to basic accounting, within the Accounting Folder you also have the ability to set up new Payment Terms, and Tax Codes as required.
Salesorder.com allows you to trade in multiple currencies. However, before you trade in a particular currency you must add a new Currency and specify its associated exchange rate under the Accounting Folder.
