Topic: Setup > Configuration The Memo Configuration Document lets you add/delete/view Memo Types. For more information on Memos see Working with Memos.
To configure Memos, from the Explorer click Setup->Configuration. This displays the Configuration page. Then Click 'Memo', this displays the Memo Configuration Document (below).

The new Memo Type will now be available in the Memo's Memo Type drop-down.
