Topic: Setup > Configuration The Contact Configuration Document lets you add/delete/view Contact Types. For more information on Memos see Working with Contacts.
To configure Contacts, from the Explorer click Setup->Configuration. This displays the Configuration page. Then Click 'Contact', this displays the Contact Configuration Document (below).
 Creating a new Contact Type The new Contact Type will now be available in the Contacts's Contact Type drop-down.
